返品について

返品・返金ポリシー（アート作品について）

当店で販売するアート作品は、すべて一点ものです。
そのため、原則としてご購入後の返品・交換はお受けできません。
あらかじめご了承のうえ、ご注文ください。

ただし、配送中の事故による破損が発生した場合は、到着後7日以内にご連絡いただいたうえで、調査・確認を行い、必要に応じて返金対応をさせていただきます。
（破損品の写真提出または破損品の返送をお願いする場合がございます）

なお、配送時の損害賠償については、発送方法に応じた配送業者の補償範囲に準じます。
補償対象外となる事由による破損・紛失については、責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

All artworks sold are one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to the unique nature of these items, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once a purchase has been made. Please make sure to review all details carefully before placing your order.
In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the situation based on the evidence provided (such as photos) and proceed with a refund if applicable. However, if damage occurs outside the coverage of the shipping carrier's insurance, we cannot take any responsibility.
